SWG Simple Ticket is a plugin I built to be able to manage the traffic on my portfolio website. The idea here was to develop a plugin to be able to manage any request and then assign a user and priority level to them. Every time a user sends a request VIA my contact form, it creates a ticket in the back-end of WordPress as well as an email notification. The administrator email can be set in the settings menu along with what fields will be used to collect data.
Another feature I added in SWG Simple Ticket is the ability to manually add a ticket. This gives me the ability to create a ticket based on a phone call or IM message. I can assign the same properties as a ticket that is automatically created by submitting to the contact form. This plugin is not ready for public or commercial use yet as it still need to undergo testing for a full release.CONTACT ME & GET IT
