Digital Marketing & Web Agency Guest Posting
I am allowing a select few digital marketing, web development and technology agencies / companies to guest post on my blog. I am asking that any content bring some sort of value proposition or unique perspective in the realm of web development, digital marketing or technology. I feel these unique ideas can bring value to my blog and network of social media followers.
Guest blogging is mutually beneficial. When select marketers or developers create posts for my blog, it supplies me with unique content to keep visitors engaged. It also helps you, the author, have another avenue to promote your brand with inbound links.
Requirements for Guest Bloggers
- Unique services, products, or ideas that will bring value to my followers.
- Best on-page SEO practices are being followed (see below).
- Guest bloggers may link back to company / agency website.
- All content being posted is unique / not plagiarized.
- Appropriate licensing for any images added.
- No controversial / political topics
- Posting agency / company is US / Canadian based.
- Products do not violate local, state , federal or international laws.
- Proofread with no grammatical or spelling errors.
- Service based agencies have a local presence in the US / Canada (not just another white-label agency with a US address).
On-Page SEO Requirements
I am asking all guest bloggers to adhere to best practices when it comes to on-page SEO. I have made a list of requirements that will benefit us both.
- Blog post uses rich-media content to enhance the page experience.
- Author image is no more than 50kb in size.
- All images have appropriate alt tags added.
- Image file names are named based on the topic they represent.
- H1 to H4 tags are appropriately used.
- Maximum size of 150kb per image added within the post.
- Cumulative maximum of 500kb per post.
