AI Operator Training: Learn to Catch What AI Gets Wrong

AI operator training is hands-on practice in the one thing AI cannot do for you: judging whether the work it just produced is actually right. AI builds fast, and most of what it hands back looks finished. Catching what is quietly broken underneath is the whole job, and it is learnable.

I am building this training now. Join the waitlist below and you will be first to know when it opens, with early-bird access.

What you will learn

AI-built software does not break at random. Instead, it breaks in a consistent set of twelve ways, grouped into five layers. The training walks every one, then drills it until spotting the problem becomes automatic. You can read the full breakdown of the 12 pillars while you wait.

  • The experience layer (UI, UX, accessibility, content): the bugs a user sees and feels in the first three seconds.
  • The truth layer (data integrity, relational database, logic): the bugs that pass every visual check and wait.
  • The runtime layer (performance, user engagement): what the live product does under real use.
  • The growth layer (scalability): what works fine small and falls apart large.
  • The human layer (communication, situational awareness): keeping the people around the system aligned.

How the training works

You will not learn this by reading a list. Instead, you learn it by inspecting real, broken work, software with bugs planted in it, and flagging what is wrong until catching the mistakes becomes a reflex. An operator is measured by what they find, not by what they can name.

Who it is for

You do not need to be a developer. This is for the people who run AI to deliver work: virtual assistants, freelancers, agency staff, and anyone responsible for what the AI produces. If you can already spot an obvious bug and want the judgment to catch the subtle ones, this is for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The job is judgment, not writing software. You learn what to inspect, how to recognize when something is off, and when a problem is past your own skill and needs a specialist.

When does the training open?

It is in build now. Join the waitlist and you will get one email the moment it opens, before it goes public.

What will it cost?

Pricing is not final yet. Waitlist members get early-bird access and the first look at the price before anyone else.

Who is behind it?

I am Shane, and I run ShaneWebGuy, a fully digital web development and AI automation studio. I do this inspection work on real client projects every day, and the training is the exact method I use.
